1、 Standard cavity lining plate: focusing on "high output+coarse crushing"
Deep cavity, large feed inlet, long crushing stroke, suitable for processing large ore blocks.
The crushing ratio is small, the discharge particle size is relatively coarse (mostly 10-40mm), and the product uniformity is average.
The advantage is high production capacity, low energy consumption, suitable for the front-end process of coarse or medium crushing, and the pursuit of "multiple output" scenarios.
2、 Medium sized cavity lining plate: balancing "output+particle size"
The depth of the cavity and the size of the feeding port are between the standard cavity and the short head cavity, with a moderate crushing ratio.
The particle size of the discharge is moderate (mostly 5-25mm), with good uniformity, which can balance the yield and product quality.
Suitable for intermediate or fine crushing front-end processes, suitable for working conditions with certain requirements for product particle size but not pursuing extremely fine ones (such as construction aggregate production).
3、 Short head cavity lining plate: focusing on "fine crushing+high uniformity"
The cavity is shallow, the feeding port is small, the crushing stroke is short, and the crushing ratio is large, belonging to the "extrusion type fine crushing".
The discharge particle size is fine (mostly 0-15mm), and the product particle shape is regular and uniform, meeting the requirements of high standard aggregates or fine crushing before mineral processing.
The disadvantage is that the production capacity is lower than that of standard chambers, the energy consumption is slightly higher, and it is suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for finished product particle size (such as mechanism sand production and fine crushing in mineral processing plants).
